What is Teachive?

Teachive is the new generation of E/VR-Learning. Created by Youth for Youth. Teachive allows students to book instant live courses individually or in group with educators from around the world. Each educator is either a tutor for traditional disciplines, a coach for soft skills teaching or professional for freelancing jobs required by young entrepreneurs.

How do I set up a Student account?

You actually do not need to set up an account as a student. Our MatchTec is ready on our landing page to gather your important criteria and Teachive will match you to 5 Top Educators according to your needs. It is only at the checkout that you will be able to create your account or directly sign in with our integrated partners: Google; Linkedin and Apple. Your personalized dashboard will be created automatically.

How do I get started as an Educator?

To onboard you as an Educator it is very easy. On our landing page top right you will find an Icon to choose to sign up as a Tutor, as a Coach or as a Professional. Once you choose the best category that suits your knowledge, you will be redirected to our onboarding page to fill few informations so we can review your applicable and create your Educator Dashboard tailor-made.

Teachive has a unique MatchTec tool that allows us to match you in less than 2 secondes to the Top Educators in the World to save you time and remove the burden of having multiple steps and educators to review one-by-one.

Teachive has a unique worldwide pool of young Educators that are gathered under three different categories: Tutor; Coach and Professional. The headache to create multiple accounts on different platforms and using multiple payment methods is not removed and optimized with Teachive.

Teachive provides a Digital Wallet that can be top-up and used by all unbanked students that are not able to pay via Credit Card payment method, and guess what by using our Digital Wallet you will get discounts on your future courses.

How do I reset my password?

As a student or an educator, just login on your personalized Dashboard, on your top right you will be able to find "Setting", click and you will be able to reset your password.

How do I update my profile/account?

As a student or an educator, just login on your personalized Dashboard, on your top right you will be able to find "Setting", click and you will be able to change any information you may need.

What types of payment do you accept?

Teachive is accepting multicurrency Fiat and Crypto-friendly with our users.

How do I get paid as an Educator?

As an Educator you are entitled to put your own pricing but we advise you to be competitive as our services are targeting Youth for Youth. You shall be paid on a weekly basis directly to your bank account in your currency, so do not forget to put your correct banking details on your personalized Dashboard.

Can I pay with Apple Pay?

Teachive will soon be supporting Apple Pay as a payment method.

How do I change my payment method?

You do not need to change any payment method. Each course will direct you to a checkout page on which you will be able to choose between Digital Wallet payment and Fiat/Crypto currency.

My credit card was declined, what do I do?

Kindly contact us at [email protected] so we can investigate. However, you shall contact your bank as well to seek clarity. We, therefore, advise you to use our Digital Wallet to avoid any issues.

How do I cancel the course?

I would like to be refunded because the Educator did not attend the class, how do I do?

Kindly please send us an email at [email protected] for our Customer Support team can assist you. But please be informed that our sessions are monitored internally, we shall be able to investigate from our end to determine the issue and to trigger a chargeback if the course was not given.

I paid for course but I did not receive the link to enter the class?
